House Design on 6m x 15m Plots

In this page I'dd like to share Ideas of designing house in small plots. A simple house that can be efficiently constructed meanwhile maintaine the art of modern house. 

House plan design for plot size 6 m width times 15m depth. Simple house plan design suitable in tropical region such as Central America, South America, South Asia, Africa. The plot consider as high dens urban population area.

This house utilize sunlight and natural wind for fresh sirculation, day lighting and temprature. Wall in the living room which devide living room and kitchen suggested to be remove to gain larger room space. Some family prefer to have separated kitchen with wall.

In the upper area, you can have service area where you can add roof or not. In this open service area you can place washing machine and other home appliances area. You can place your washing machine in the ground floor so you can have small garden to replace service area in the upper floor.

This house design is best situated in the high density neighborhood. No open view in the left, right and rear. This is why so important to make a void in the near back part of the house to allow fresh air and sun can access the inner part of the house and make the house lighter and fresh air sirculated trough the center part of the house.
